How it works...
We believe that the people who join our networking groups are business people that have the ability to see just more than what is in it for me. They are people dedicated to their business but know in a network situation if other businesses around them are doing well then this is also a response to what the network offers. We all have networks, no one is an Island and a group of like-minded business people can be a force to be reckoned with.
Each week we pose a topic via a question or statement that we hope elicits our members to share their thoughts about the topic, and also how it relates to your particular business. This is a very informal format and can be very enlightening and at times extremely funny. We aim to create a space where business people feel free to participate and express how and what their business is about.
Each week everybody gets 2 to 3 minutes to participate on the topic, but you can also add or communicate with the other members when they are sharing, as they can also do with you. This can create another level within the group meeting and where it ends nobody knows!!!
One of the most important things for us is to be informal while still being intent on supporting each and every business around the table. The biggest compliment we can get is that each and every member feels comfortable in their participation during the meeting. We are NOT a regimented "this is how it goes Networking group," whose only driver is a solely financial outcome. Some of the best advice you will get can come from within these groups, and it comes from your input and participation. Contribution is reciprocal!!!
